MieNet's Mother Nature's Meditation is meant for inspiration, relaxation and overall well-being.
It can be helpful, in addition, for tuning harmoniously with all of existance, developing/enhancing serenity, self-confidence, gratitude for Life, and Love. .
Mother Nature, in this meditation, is to be understood as Divine Mother. I use either term in reference to the 'motherly aspect' of the Divine (thus, God, "the Father," and Nature – including all that IS, in the Universe – "the Mother").
