Coach⁄Manager:  Zlatko Kranjcar

°° Goal scored in Germany-2006 (if bracketed, {}='own goal')

also took part in the 1998 and 2002 World Cups.

Midfield player Niko Kranjcar (jersey # 19), currently, one of the stars in the team,
is manager's Zlatko Kranjcar's son.
When he first named his son for the National Squad, Zlatko Kranjcar took
a lot of criticism. Time, however, seems to have proven him right,
as Niko Kranjcar is nowadays rated by most as one of the five key players
in the team.
(See the Serbia and Montenegro Page for an analogous situation,
though bearing a rather disruptive outcome, on their camp.)
