I have now and then needed to make this sort of conversion as offered below, and had to do the entire calculation by hand, so to speak.
As I discovered the availability of a Java script that works out this conversion, I thought it a good idea to place it among the other Time calculating gadgets that were already available on this site.
You may find it fun to discover what numerical fraction corresponds to a determined number of hours, minutes and seconds and vice-versa.
Or...who knows you, too, may find it useful, if any of your hobbies involves this sort of precise time measuring?...

Já aconteceu de eu precisar deste tipo de conversão oferecido abaixo, e tive de enfrentar todo o cálculo no braço.
Ao descobrir um "script" Java de domínio público que faz esta conversão, de imediato encontrei uma boa idéia colocá-lo entre as outras calculadoras de Tempo que já se encontravam neste "site".
Você pode se divertir descobrindo a que fração numérica corresponde um determinado número de horas, minutos e segundos e vice-versa.
Ou...quem sabe não lhe será útil, se algum dos seus hobbies também envolve este tipo de medição precisa de tempo?
